Consent to personal data processing

By submitting a form on links-demo.preview.sebastiandesigual.com and ticking the consent box, I freely and in my own interest consent to the operator — ООО «Зерно» (пример), Tax ID 0000000000, OGRN 0000000000000, contact for personal data questions: zerno@example.com — processing my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

Name; phone; email if I provided it; the details of my request: the service, comment; the page and language of the site the request was sent from.

2. Why

To answer my request or question, book a service, prepare and perform a contract.

3. What may be done with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.

4. Transfer

I agree that:

• the data is stored in a database on a server in the Russian Federation;
• SD Studio, the site developer, maintains the server and database on the operator's behalf and does not use the data for its own purposes;
• a copy of the request is sent to the operator's work email;
• the operator's Telegram work chat receives only "New request No. …" without my name, phone or request text;

5. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid for 3 years from the day the form is sent or until withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to zerno@example.com; after withdrawal the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it.
