Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is ООО «Зерно» (пример), Tax ID 0000000000, registration number 0000000000000 ("we"). Questions about personal data: zerno@example.com.

This policy applies to the website links-demo.preview.sebastiandesigual.com. We process personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

2. What data we receive

Your name and contact details: phone and email — whatever you entered in the form.
The content of your request: the chosen service, your comment.
Technical data: the page the request was sent from and the site language. We do not store your IP address in plain form — only an irreversible hash used to limit spam.

We do not ask for passport data, card numbers, health information or other special categories of data — please do not send them in comments.

3. Why

To answer your request or question, book a service, prepare and perform a contract.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

4. Legal grounds

Your consent to personal data processing (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ) — the consent text is a separate page, "Consent to personal data processing".
Preparing and performing a contract you enter into on your own initiative (Art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).

5. What we do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.

6. Where the data is stored

Requests are stored in a database on a server in the Russian Federation (Moscow), as required by Art. 18(5) of 152-FZ. Database backups are kept in Yandex Object Storage, also in Russia.

7. Who we share the data with

SD Studio, the site developer, maintains the server, the request database and backups on our behalf (a processor under Art. 6(3) of 152-FZ). The studio does not use the data for its own purposes.
Email service — a copy of each request is sent to our work mailbox.
Telegram — our work chat receives only "New request No. …" without the name, phone or request text; no personal data is transferred abroad.
Telegram — if you book through our Telegram bot, the conversation is processed by Telegram under its rules; this is a cross-border transfer.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

8. Analytics and cookies

The interactive Yandex Map loads only after your consent or after you press "Show interactive map"; the Yandex service may use cookies. Without consent we show a static image and a link to Yandex Maps.

A draft of the form is kept in your browser's memory until you close the tab so your input survives a page reload; it reaches us only when you send the request.

9. How long we keep data

Requests — as long as needed to answer and perform the contract, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
Notifications in work chats and email are deleted together with the request.
Database backups — up to 30 days.

10. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to zerno@example.com — we reply within 10 working days (Art. 14 and 20 of 152-FZ). After consent is withdrawn we stop processing and delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

If you believe we violate your rights, you can contact Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or a court.

11. How we protect data

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), the request database is closed from the internet, server access is key-only. Only staff who answer requests have access to them.

The consent you give when sending a form is a separate document: "Consent to personal data processing".

13. Changes

We may update this policy; a new version takes effect from the date shown at the top of the page. The current version is always here: links-demo.preview.sebastiandesigual.com/privacy.
